A truly delightful offering in a tranquil setting on the edge of Rutherglen you will find total peace and solitude among the 6 acres with a home, adjoining alfresco area and a large shed.

The residence offers two bedrooms, a central bathroom, an operational kitchen, dining and lounge room. It’s kept warm in winter by the combustion fireplace and cool in summer thanks to an evaporative air conditioner.

Town water is connected to compliment the 10,000L storage tank. 1.5kw of solar panels with 1200 watts of solar 1500 amp hour battery bank and a 500 watt wind generator is plenty to run the home.

Get lost among the many walkways and gardens which also house a worm farm and chooks pen. This is a truly unique offering to get a small acreage at an affordable price and the opportunity to live off the Grid.

Enjoy the property and everything it has to offer as current, or build your dream home in this ideally located rural setting.
